This notice covers the public Tenvique website and early-access registration. Customer workspace processing will be governed by the customer agreement and data-processing terms before an external organisation is onboarded.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect your email address and, if supplied, organisation name, role and number-of-premises range. We also record the registration source, consent time and update time. Essential technical and security logs may include IP address, browser information and request records.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to enquiries, assess demand, invite suitable organisations to product research or private early access, provide launch information, protect the website and prevent abuse. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Our basis

We rely on your consent for early-access and research contact. We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure this business-to-business website and to answer requests you send us. You can withdraw from early-access contact at any time.

Who receives it

Access is restricted to people and service providers who need it to operate Tenvique, host the service, deliver email, maintain security or provide professional advice. We require appropriate confidentiality and security. We do not make early-access details public.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access details while the programme and launch contact remain relevant, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. We will remove your contact details earlier if you ask, except where a limited record is required for security, legal compliance or to honour an opt-out.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
