Tenvique is in private beta. This page describes controls currently implemented; it does not claim a certification or guarantee that no incident can occur.
Data separation
Server-side organisation checks protect customer routes and records. Platform administration is separated from customer property workspaces.
Documents
Documents are private, permission-checked and screened before storage. Extracted lease information remains provisional until a person verifies it.
Audit and recovery
Important actions create audit evidence. Encrypted off-site backups, restore checks, service monitoring and controlled rollback procedures support recovery.
Transport and credentials
The live service uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text, and sensitive recovery actions are time-limited and audited.
Honest limits
Reminders and extraction assist administration; they do not replace source-document checks, professional advice or appropriate internal controls.

Please send suspected security issues privately to security@tenvique.com. Do not include live credentials, personal data or confidential lease documents in an initial report.
