Information, not advice

The website explains a software product for organising commercial-property records and reminders. Nothing here is legal, surveying, valuation, tax, financial or property advice. Obtain qualified advice for material property decisions and legal deadlines.

Early access

Registering interest does not create a customer contract, guarantee an invitation, reserve a place or require payment. Private-beta access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while the product is tested.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care with public information, but beta features, expected pricing and launch plans may change. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control.

The Tenvique name, design, website content and product screenshots belong to Tenvique or its licensors. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.
